Celtabet (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "us") is an online sports betting service operated for adult users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to every individual ("user", "you") who uses the Celtabet Platform.

By creating an account or using the Celtabet Platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

These terms have been prepared in Bengali and shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any ambiguity, Celtabet's decision shall be considered final.

Registration Terms

To open an account with Celtabet, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You may only hold one account – opening multiple accounts from the same person or the same device is strictly prohibited
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• You must open an account in your own name and for your own use — registration on behalf of others or third parties is strictly prohibited.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Celtabet conducts identity verification (KYC) to ensure secure transactions. Before processing a withdrawal request or during large transactions, you may be required to submit one of the following documents:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License
• Screenshot of mobile banking account

Keep the following rules in mind before placing bets on Celtabet. These rules apply to all types of betting – Sports Betting, live betting, and special events.

Betting Limits

• Minimum bet amount: ৳50
• Maximum single bet amount: determined by the event and odds, and is subject to change.
• Maximum winnings per event are subject to limits set by Celtabet

Bet Cancellation & Changes

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, Celtabet reserves the right to void a bet under the following circumstances:

• If a match is cancelled or postponed
• If a technical error is detected in the odds
• Where it is proven that odds were set based on incorrect information
• If fraud or abnormal betting patterns are detected

Live Betting

Odds in live betting can change at any moment. The odds in effect at the exact time you confirm your bet will apply. Celtabet is not liable for odds changes resulting from network delays.

Deposit Methods & Limits

The following methods can be used to deposit funds into your Celtabet account:

• bKash: Minimum ৳200, maximum ৳50,000 per transaction
• Nagad: Minimum ৳200, maximum ৳50,000 per transaction
• Rocket: Min ৳200, Max ৳30,000 per transaction
• Bank Transfer: Min ৳1,000, Max ৳2,00,000

Deposits are typically credited to your Celtabet wallet within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days.

Withdrawal Terms

Before submitting a withdrawal request, please make sure of the following:

• KYC verification must be completed
• Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit (to comply with anti-money laundering regulations).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Withdrawals may be restricted if the wagering requirements for an active bonus have not been met

Celtabet regularly offers attractive bonuses and promotions for its users. Each bonus carries its own specific terms; however, the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus offer can only be used once and on a single account
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds (typically the deposit amount × a specified multiplier).
• Winnings earned using a bonus cannot be used on bets with restricted odds
• Celtabet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Accounts found to be abusing bonuses may be terminated

Welcome Bonus

Newly registered users are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The following terms apply to this bonus:

• The first deposit must be made within 7 days of registration
• A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive the bonus
• Wagering requirement: 10x the combined bonus and deposit amount
• Bonus validity: 30 days from the date of issue

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Celtabet Platform. Violating these rules may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Coordinated betting for the purpose of bonus abuse
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information
• Placing bets using automated software or bots
• Using the platform for money laundering
• Using another user's information or identity
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to Celtabet's systems

Celtabet may temporarily or permanently suspend your account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Registering with false or misleading information
• Failure to verify age
• Extended inactivity (12+ months)
• Court order or request from a law enforcement agency

Close Account Yourself

You can request to close your account at any time through our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your remaining balance before the account is closed, unless any bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled.

Celtabet is not liable for the following:

• Losing or missing a bet due to internet disconnection
• Transaction delays due to third-party payment platforms
• Betting losses resulting from the user's own error
• Temporary service disruption due to unexpected technical issues
• Financial losses resulting from sports event outcomes

Celtabet is committed to maintaining high service standards; however, we are not obligated to provide compensation for any service interruptions. Our support team is always on hand to help with any issues.

For any disputes or complaints, please contact the Celtabet support team directly in the first instance. We aim to resolve all issues within 48 hours.

Complaint Filing Process

1. Send a detailed complaint to our support email.
2. Please include the relevant transaction ID, date, and amount
3. Attach any relevant screenshots or supporting evidence.
4. The Celtabet team will respond within 24–48 hours

Celtabet reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes before they take effect through the following methods:

• A notification will be sent to your registered email address.
• An update notice will be displayed upon logging into the platform.
• The update date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes have been made will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please request account closure.
